Well on a short comparative analysis, under Hussein Obummer & FJB (what's the difference?) my 401Ks and investments pretty much nearly leveled out. Under Trump they have performed like a Falcon rocket on a meteoric rise to Mars. This market performance has also increased my various assets across the board. I also like how he's cleaning up our house in ways that should have been fixed decades ago - a lot!

Considering everything Trump has done, and is continuing to do quite well, and the fact that after 47 years in the American workforce I'm retiring in Feb next year, I've enjoyed watching the winter of discontent for the adversary with joyous schadenfreude, while preparing for the sunshine of the summer of all my tomorrows.
DogMan · 61-69, M
@PatKirby Democrats don't understand what you just said. They do not know about the stock market.

They apparently do not invest in anything, even 401K's. They are very timid people when it comes
to money and success.
Midlifemale · 61-69, M
@PatKirby I agree completely. Im retired and doing very well. Crime is going down, borders are closed, democrat governor fraud is being caught, DEI was stopped, no money to LGBTQ anything....and more to come
DogMan · 61-69, M
@Midlifemale That is wonderful news for your state. Minnesota?
Gibbon · 70-79, M
Effing Obama financially raped me insurance wise
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@DogMan I wasn't hurt that bad but the part B increase offset my social security cola increase and I'm taking home less for the first time. And what doesn't make sense is my advantage premium and copays went down. None of it makes sense
PatKirby · M
@Gibbon

It became a high deductible plan for the first year without me knowing it. Man did I pay through the ass.

This is exactly what happened to me as well. That shit was painful. They don't tell you because they want your money and know that through ninja insurance lawyer-speak, they can get away with it.
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@PatKirby yeah and it was the company insurance. My paycheck took the hit as well
Midlifemale · 61-69, M
Absolutely...my money is doing very well ubder Trump as it did when he was president in his last term.
I have also never collected government money and my life is going well under Trump.
Under Biden, crime in my city was terrible and illegals everywhere...and my stocks were flat
DogMan · 61-69, M
@PatKirby Yep, they envy others, but they are not willing to put the work in to achieve what
they envy.
@DogMan Funny thing: many of the cons here are complaining their investments were flat during Biden. Yet the S&P 500 was up 65% over Biden's term. Either they are terrible investors, or they are lying. My guess is they're lying.

Another funny thing: you and kirby (who blocks me) seem to be complaining that democrats are not economically productive. Why is that funny? Because blue areas are OVER TWICE as economically productive as red areas🤣😂

To paraphrase St Ronald of Reagan:

The trouble with our conservative friends is not that they're ignorant; it's just that they know so much that isn't so.

Improved it a great deal. Under obama and biden it was horrible.
AbbeyRhode · F
The O'Biden regime was a nightmare, and it was humiliating having those two traitors representing this country on the world stage.
It's just getting better and better under Trump, and I couldn't be more proud to have him representing this country to the rest of the world.
PatKirby · M
@AbbeyRhode

From when Trump was first in office to O'Biden, as they say it was the best if times, it was the worst of times.

However with Trump back, as Spock would say "surely - the best of times."

@Strictmichael75 Whatever you say. I'm sorry you were not responsible enough to get into the
stock market.

Hard work, Risk and investment is what my parents taught me if I wanted to get ahead.
Strictmichael75 · 61-69, M
@DogMan so all Americans are invested in the stock market?
Lol 😂
DogMan · 61-69, M
@Strictmichael75 They should be. Are you telling me at your age you don't have any investments?

No 401K ? Thats fuked up. What happened?
big meanie orange pooh pooh head.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout He is out to get us all! 😫

Every world leader has little bit since 1964
GerOttman · 70-79, M
He was in town a month or so ago and they shut down the interstate for his motorcade. I was almost 10 minutes late for my shift. If it happens again I'll get written up!

Use the f1ckin helicopter, Dude!!
sree251 · 41-45, M
@GerOttman I think we should start running the US Government using AI to replace the human garbage in the White House and Congress.
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
I sold my car last year and got a smaller car (6 cylinder to 4) and now I’m paying the same to fill up the small car that I used to pay to fill up the big one. The struggle is real.

Middle and working class Americans are having to reduce their quality of life to break even. Meanwhile the wealthy and Corporations are completely unfazed.

Except for the multitude who have been bankrupted by his economic policies and the who-knows-how-many that have been unjustly deported and killed, I view Trump's reign as low comedy. I mean, look at the fool and one of his crew...

DogMan · 61-69, M
@rinkydinkydoink Name someone you know that has been affected by the statements you made above.

Your "Feelings" do not count. You don't know anyone that has filed bankruptcy because of Trump.

And you don't know anyone that was killed because of Trump.
GoFish ·
he hasn't that i know of .. unlike some others
Errr.... rising prices due to oil for starters.
Midlifemale · 61-69, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic that is temporary until the Iran thing is over
@Midlifemale Sure.....
Musicman · 61-69, M
Trump hasn't ruined my life. Actually my life is improving under him. The only wrinkle I have had is gas prices going up under this Iran deal. Even though I don't like it I can't see any universe in where I ran having nuclear weapons makes the world a safer place.
DogMan · 61-69, M
@Musicman Democrats loved high gas prices under Obama and Biden. They said less people
would drive, and the air would be cleaner. remember?
Musicman · 61-69, M
@DogMan Why yes I do. Thank you very much for reminding everyone. 😊
MoveAlong · 70-79, M
It's not about instant and total ruin. America as a whole is suffering the death of a thousand cuts.
GerOttman · 70-79, M
@MoveAlong and has been for decades! I blame Nixon.
kodiac · 26-30, M
Does anyone actually believe if Iran developed a nuclear weapon they wouldn't use it? We're talking about end of the world shit here. Hate Trump all you want it's better than the alternative. I'm so far down the food chain that none of the things people are losing their mind over affects me .
Waveney · M
@kodiac
Does anyone actually believe if Iran developed a nuclear weapon they wouldn't use it?

Yes. 100% they would not use it even if they developed one, which they haven't, and were nowhere near doing despite what Trump, and Trump alone, claims.

North Korea has nuclear weapons, and even they know it would be suicidal to launch an attack against the South. Russia has nuclear weapons and would never dream of using them, same with France, UK , India and Pakistan.

Iran know it would be suicidal if they launched a nuclear attack against Israel, as Israel DOES have nuclear weapons and is actually the country most likely to use them (after America, which has already).

Iran developing a nuclear weapon and using against Israel is about as likely to happen as all the Epstein files being released under Trump's watch.

@jshm2 You must have me mixed up with someone else. 🤣 People WISH they had my life.

Sometimes I feel bad about it. But then realize that I deserve everything that I have built for
myself. Because I did it without any help from anyone other than my beautiful wife.

It didn't matter who was in the White House.😉

Your complacency and lack of basic empathy is breathtaking. So you are prosperous and resilient enough to be doing well regardless of who is in power. Great. Perhaps you could cast your gaze a little further afield and learn about the immense evonomic damage that the Trump war has already inflicted on the global economy, and the genuine hardship faced by hundreds of millions of people in developing economies in Asia in particular.

@DogMan He is not responsible for all global economic hardship. He is however responsible for disrupting global trade through protectionist tariff policies and by starting an unprovoked war in the Middle East which has placed huge strain on energy supplies.

What has my contribution to poverty relief (something you have no knowledge of) got to do with economic damage wreaked by bad politics?
