Let us not forget how this started.

Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@DogMan You have someone in the white house right now, that in 2020 after loosing an election couldn't admit defeat. So instead, he went on the attack, and told everyone that the election was rigged. Something he was also saying about the election in 2016.

A democratic system, with an election, hinges on the idea that there are elections... it's the moment where "we the people" can trully excercise power by voting bad leaders out and voting other people in. It's the bedrock, the foundation, of everything. And Donald Trump visciously attacked it 8 years, almost 9 years now. This is the stuff that triggers civil conflict, because if people aren't able to vote their bad leaders out, they loose the power that was promissed in the social contract and the only way to get rid of a leader is revolt. But Donald Trump had 0 issues with this... NOTHING. The result was also a bunch of delusional, pro-autocratic and fascistic types storming the capitol building in 2021... And Donald Trump reveled in it... he even let them all go.

The Epstein files, was used and abused by the MAGA faithfull to stir up the pot. It's part of their conspiracies and myths, that Donald Trump embraced, spread and used in his own benefit... but now that he can do something about it... we have to accept that the knowledge in there could be bad for everyone and that Donald is trying to stop a war?

Do you have any idea how stupid that sounds? You guys trully are the saddest of jokes.

@Kwek00 Ok you know what? Since you can't have a civil conversation, because of your extreme hate.
I will lose you.

Have a nice life, try to get some help.

ViciDraco · 41-45, M
Trump has chickened out on and delayed most of his tariffs. To claim they are working is a bit of a stretch.

Stock market has been at all time highs since Obama was in office, except for that little covid window. But also keep in mind that the stock market is mostly a signal of rich people's feelings and rich people are being given huge tax cuts. So why would they be feeling bad yet?

Trump's authoritarianism and violation of civic rights have been talked about already but nobody on the right cares.

The only reason the Dems are talking about the Epstein files so much is because it's the only thing that Trump seems able to do wrong out of his massive list of failings that people on the right even remotely care about.

It's not that there are no valid criticisms against Trump. It's that the right doesn't give enough of a shit about reality to pay attention to those other criticisms.
DogMan · 61-69, M
@ViciDraco "the stock market is mostly a signal of rich people's feelings and rich people are being given huge tax cuts"

You do know that it is not just the rich in the stock market, right?

"Trump's authoritarianism and violation of civic rights" No ones civil rights are being violated, stop the drama

Why do you not mention the suffering under Biden? Extremely high energy prices, food prices, and interest rates
so high most people can't buy a house. The last 4 years under Biden ONLY the poor and middle class suffered.

But I know the left could care less about that. Things WILL get better under Trump. Maybe if you are lucky
we will have another pandemic we can blame on Trump, or a war. Anything to hurt Trump, is on the table.

@BizSuitStacy

Jasmine Mooney,
Momodou Taal,
Mahmoud Khalil,
Rumeysa Ozturk

To name a few. Due process is a limitation on government action, not a protection only for full citizens. The violation of due process is a violation of civic rights.

What would be happening to them if they had come here legally? NOTHING!
ViciDraco · 41-45, M
@DogMan I am naming them because they did come here legally. One of them even had a green card already.
Convivial · 26-30, F
What actually is Trump doing?
He's making love more expensive for Americans through tariffs and the depreciation of the dollar, trade deals?... Nothing concrete yet, just frameworks for the trade deals... And we're still waiting for Mexico's big cheque ;)
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@Convivial Duck the tariffs, buy American, support the American worker
Convivial · 26-30, F
@sunsporter1649 I agree... The problem is many if not most of your corporations moved manufacturing off shore so they could make more money.... Some of it may come back but if so it certainly won't be this year.... Or the next

I think it is what is known in the trade as "being hoisted by one's own petard" (© W. Shakespeare).

After years of stoking a massive conspiracy theory against his opponents, Trump has quite literally lost the plot.
@SunshineGirl You project beautifully.
DogMan · 61-69, M
Had to block Kwek Zero Zero. The little fella just couldn't have a civil conversation.

Lifes too short to deal with keyboard tough guys.

He is obviously meek and timid in real life, so he acts out and pretends to be tough
when he is online where he doesn't have to face anyone.

It would be hilarious to meet him in person, and say "What was that now"?
carpediem · 61-69, M
@DogMan He, or she, or whatever it claims to be and many of the other lamebrains around here were blocked by me (or maybe them) years ago. Glad you're catching up
DogMan · 61-69, M
@carpediem Yeah I let them go most of the time, I have pretty thick skin. But when they get disgusting I draw the
line.
akindheart · 61-69, F
yes i think it is a diversion. the Dems havea lot to lose if that is published. I think that is what Trump is hoping for...they push and get exposed
friendlykinkster · 56-60, M
@akindheart Both parties have a lot to lose. As well as Hollywood and others in entertainment industry. Somebody(organization) that has more power than Trump is calling the shots.
akindheart · 61-69, F
@friendlykinkster yes you are right...mea culpa. i think the CIA is involved too
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
It doesn't seem to be the left that is talking about Epstein the most.
Carla · 61-69, F
Though here you are...bringing up epstien.

@sunsporter1649 no complaints here. Just an observation.
The tRump campaign promised to release the Epstein files! And Republicans were were for releasing the Epstein files before they were against it🤣😂

Attorney General Bondi says
@DogMan Actually, the President does NOT give orders to the DoJ on specific cases. At least, that's the way the system was designed and worked until tRump took office.

Also, let's not forget the ability of tRumpsters to ignore and deny evidence against tRump. You folks ignored and denied the 34 NYC falsifying business records felony, and the seven slates of false electors, and the find 11,000 votes felony.

If Biden had released anything, you guys would have said what tRump recently indicated -- that tRump's name was planted in them. You're only taking the Epstein files seriously because the tRump campaign made promises.
DogMan · 61-69, M
@ElwoodBlues Senate Democrats voted down a resolution to release the Epstein files. And an Obama appointed judge blocked the release of Epstein's grand jury testimony.
@DogMan says
Senate Democrats voted down a resolution to release the Epstein files.
Are you sure? When was that alleged vote??

All my searches say Senate REPUBLICANS blocked the Democrats' resolutions demanding release of the Epstein documents.

July 24 2025 — Sen. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.) tried a second time Thursday to pass his Jeffrey Epstein resolution to formally demand the release of documents from the Justice Department. But he was again shot down by Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-Okla.).

Likewise, a week ago in the House,
July 22, 2025 — Speaker Mike Johnson said that he would adjourn the House until September to avoid a vote on releasing the Jeffrey Epstein files.

Sorry, the coverups are all on the R side of the aisle. BTW, Biz has blocked me ever since I ridiculed her on her prediction of "vaccine aids" a few years ago, so Biz can't see this post.

Oh, wait, I've got it.
Mullin called on the department to release “all credible information” ...
You can see the problem. That leaves it up to tRump appointees to decide what is "credible." Sorry, I don't trust them to do that. We might get something like this!

Barrack Obama and the gang get exposed for high treason.. all of a sudden every single person linked to Obama.. and been silent on epstien issues, wants to know about epstien..

Oh snd the complicit media who pushed Obamas Russia lies for 10 years.. are suddenly not interested in Russia collusion they helped push.. now they also want to know about epstien. The BIG story they also ignored for 10 years..

Nothing sus 🤓
And as of now. It’s 2x Obama judges blocking the meat n potatoes.. the court transcripts..

A simple fact the TDS cult leave out of their epstien rants
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout really, and it isn't the Republican house of reps that refused to even take a bite?

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout 8c = maybe no surf this morning
💯% diversion

All you have to do is ask a leftist why the Biden administration didn't release the Epstein evidence if Trump was connected. They have no answer, but they do short-circuit and smoke comes out their ears, which is fun to watch.

@ViciDraco I didn't say the Epstein thing isn't bipartisan. I'm saying Trump's not involved.
