Hampton court palace and Hever Castle have been two of my favorite places. I love Tudor history.
This was truly a dream come true. I’m currently scoping out more giant fruit to visit.

Nanoose · 70-79, M
@OlderSometimesWiser I know it's not a contest but I have seen a giant tomato in Leminton Ontario. I think it was a beef steak tomato so that would probably be way bigger than a giant apple. Cheers and happy weekend!
@Nanoose Gonna have to scope that out as part of my Giant Fruit and Veggie Quest across North America. 👍
Nanoose · 70-79, M
@OlderSometimesWiser Yeah they give out free tomato juice so it is well worth the visit. If you ever get tired of giant fruits and vegetables there is a giant nickel in Sudbury Ontario. And that giant nickel blew Joey Ramones mind when he saw how big it was (he was in Sudbury filming a movie). Cheers and happy weekend!

I've been to the Gettysburg battlefield, where the tide of the American Civil War turned.

I want to go to Shanksville, PA, where the heroes of Flight 93 gave their lives on 9-11 to prevent the fourth plane taken over by terrorists from crashing into the Capitol or the White House.
