House approves Epstein files bill in near-unanimous vote.

427-1.

The legislation is now on track toward the desk of President Donald Trump, who spent months trying to kill it.

The 427-1 vote came after a long campaign to circumvent House Republican leaders and White House officials who fought tooth and nail to convince members of their party to oppose the measure. As Democrats sought to stoke division in the GOP over the administration’s decision to withhold further information in the Epstein case, the issue proved increasingly toxic for Republicans — and Tuesday’s vote became inevitable.

Only Rep. Clay Higgins (R-La.), a fervent Trump loyalist, voted against it. Victims of Epstein who had gathered in the House gallery cheered as the vote closed.

@whowasthatmaskedman in case you missed it. Which you more than likely did because CNN, MSLSD , ABC,NBC,CBS DONT TELL YOU BUT DEMOCRATS HAVE BEEN BLOCKING THE RELEASE OF THE FILES. Do you think if Trump was worried about being in the files he would say this?
Administration Involvement: President Trump has stated he supports the "full release" and maximum transparency, indicating he would sign the bill into law. The Department of Justice has also stated it is working to produce relevant records while redacting victim information. Now if Trump was in the files that would put him in any jeopardy that he would actually get them to put the bill in his desk to sign? You need to stop living in that delusional fairytale that you have been brainwashed into believing by all the fake media
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Prison1203 You mean the only ones mentioned for investigation by Trump are Democrats. For the record, anyone with a relationship with Epstein should immediately be suspended from office and isolasted from influence and funding. No matter which side they are on. But that aint going to happen..😷
Prison1203 · 61-69, M
@whowasthatmaskedman Trump got rid of his relationship with Epstein before he entered politics, yet Schiff, Schumer and more had a real relationship with him while in office and no, I mean the ones that were mentioned in the files
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Prison1203 That story would sound better if you started it with Önce upon a time"and ended it with "They all lived happily ever after" And if I was"not aware of the actual financial dealings that broke their relationship, leaving Trump with an overpriced White Elephant he lost money on..😷
WestonTexan · 18-21, M
It's funny seeing how genuinely shook Trump is over this 😂 It was something they campaigned on but didn't think they were actually going to have to do. Things come and bite you in the ass that way sometimes.

I'm just worried what gets released is heavily redacted. The bill allows Pam Bondi to censor whatever information she wants, effectively. That part isn't really being reported on.
@IronHamster
The twisted logic of TDS afflicted minds is always humorous.

Indeed it is.😂

IronHamster · 56-60, M
@wildland This is another example of Democrats being unable to meme. A good meme requires a strong basis in reality, which just isn't there. ^^^^^/FAIL/

@IronHamster This is another example of Republicans creating their own reality, which then becomes the basis of their fealty to King Trump. He wants to shrink the size of government? And you think that's contradicted by No Kings? 🤣
MoveAlong · 70-79, M
The Republicans should be very proud of themselves today. They have been fighting so hard to get this information released and they finally succeeded.
JSul3 · 70-79
@MoveAlong We need an "Anonymous" to drop every single FBI file to the media.

Does anyone have these unredacted and complete files?
MoveAlong · 70-79, M
@JSul3 I don't know but it's a pretty sure bet that it won't all be coming out anytime soon.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@JSul3 Yes. The unredacted files are with the FBI and the justice department. So the public wont see them under the current administration. And maybe not under the next. Epstein didnt just rely on name brands. There was a raft of second tier people in his pocket at the state level to grease the wheels..And in America, money trumps politics on both sides..😷

Democrats are going to wish they never opened up this can of worms. Seems most of Epstein's good friends were democrats and he hated Trump.
IronHamster · 56-60, M
@wildland So you don't think. Because, if you did think, you would think, gosh, isn't it weird that they literally charged Trump of paying back a loan on time with interest and got a felony conviction and a fine LARGER than Boeing got for killing five hundred passengers. Think a moment and tell me how that makes sense to you.
MoveAlong · 70-79, M
@IronHamster The charging documents do not literally charge him with paying back a loan plus interest as you claim. Nor is that is to what he was convicted of.

Let me know if you find anything that states otherwise.
@IronHamster

You certainly don't think. That is clear. And you are wrong on every point.

isn't it weird that they literally charged Trump of paying back a loan on time with interest and got a felony conviction

You still won't admit that this is completely false.

Trump was not charged with, or even accused of, repaying a loan.

He was charged and convicted of:

34 counts of falsifying business records

With the intent to conceal another crime (a campaign-season payoff meant to influence the election).

That’s it.
That’s the whole case.

The “loan” excuse is a talking point created after the fact by Trump’s defenders.

Even Trump’s own lawyers did not argue this at trial, because the records themselves showed that

1. The Stormy Daniels payoff was routed through Michael Cohen

2. Trump reimbursed Cohen

3. Trump’s company falsely logged the payments as “legal expenses”

4. There was no loan agreement

5. There was no interest schedule

6. Cohen was not a lender

7. And the falsified records were created specifically to prevent the public from learning about the payoff before the 2016 election

Those are the facts.

And the jury unanimously agreed that this was a criminal falsification of documents.

This is not “Soviet tactics.” It’s bog-standard white-collar crime prosecution.

As for Boeing got a smaller fine! 🤣🤣

Firstly since when were Boeing on trial in this case???

I mean, I know you're a MAGAt and can barely read, or think about anything except what your Lord commands you to think about, but..criminal penalties depend on:

1. The specific charges

2. Statutory guidelines

3. Sentencing rules

4. What the prosecutors actually bring to court

Comparing an individual falsifying business records to a multinational corporation’s unrelated case is like saying, why is my speeding ticket $200 when Exxon spilled oil and paid less per gallon?

It’s meaningless. And you know it.

And again, for Bill and Hillary,

Every single part is false.

There is zero evidence Hillary Clinton sold U.S. assets to Russia

You're of course referring to the Uranium One conspiracy.

Some more facts for you:

1. She couldn’t approve the deal alone

2. Nine federal agencies reviewed the sale

3. No proof she influenced the approval

4. No money went to her personally

Also, Bill Clinton does not have HIV

No source, no medical basis, pure fabricated smear.

There is no evidence Bill Clinton abused minors on Epstein’s island

There is no record of Clinton visiting Epstein’s island.

There is no allegation from victims.

There is no evidence from investigators.

His only connection: flights on the Lolita Express long before Epstein’s crimes were public, along with scientists, philanthropists, and others, including Trump.

You have Trump Denial Syndrome, and that is a fact.

You misrepresent the Trump case

You compare unrelated legal outcomes

You repeat debunked conspiracy theories about Bill and Hillary Clinton

And you ignores evidence and substitute talking-points

Because, as always with MAGAts like you, you have a total inability or unwillingness to acknowledge facts if they make Orange Man look bad in any way. Game set and match to me. We're done :)

Oh, so Pedophile Enthusiast, Defender, and Protector Cry-Baby-trump is happy because while he was against passing it, he came out in favour of it, even though he could have the files released without the bill. So, yeah... he's happy that everything he wanted got approved just like he wanted. Yeah...

And Boy-Mike Johnson who thought the bill was wrong and didn't want to even take a vote on it came out in favour of it and personally voted for it even though he says the bill is wrong. So, yeah... he's happy that everything he wanted got approved just like he wanted. Yeah...

Democrats are letting things leak, selectively. Trump tried to not make it an issue but Democrats insist on incriminating themselves.
