The big issues are:
Drug trafficking (fentanyl killing more than 100K Americans every year)
Child/human trafficking (more profitable than trafficking drugs)
Terrorists and criminals crossing the border.
The same people who promote sanctuary cities and blame Trump for Obama's kiddie cages, suddenly lose their shit when the illegals are transported to their neighborhoods.
Even the libs playing up the "humanitarian angle" about how these people simply want a better life never address why illegals break the law and sneak into the country, instead of going through the legal process. They don't acknowledge that 95% fail to show up for immigration hearings. Nope...just look the other way and eventually the left with have an insurmountable voting majority.

Biden changed the "catch and release" limit. Under Trump, a criminal alien could be kept regardless of size, but under Biden an illegal alien must be over seven foot before you can keep it.
