Biden changed the "catch and release" limit. Under Trump, a criminal alien could be kept regardless of size, but under Biden an illegal alien must be over seven foot before you can keep it. Everyone shorter gets released into the US after their arrest. Seven feet tall! Have you ever seen a Honduran basketball player? They're as rare as the Chupacobra!
