What was the last flower you saw ?

@Justmeraeagain they are closer than what we realise but we may not notice. I saw today some more reds. I find this contrast with the red, which is considered to be a warm color, to be in the heart of winter fascinating. I am sorry for your loss.. here some lavender🪻

@Boeing This one is a Winter-flowering strain but we have had very mild weather until only about a week ago, when it suddenly became much colder.

@exexec knockout roses, I googled that...they seem resilient. I still meet occasionally a rose here.

@Boeing The knockout roses are hardy plants with lots of blooms, but they are not as pretty as "real" roses.
