Use too. I was usually extreme anger back then, now I am paying the price of destroying my nervous system/ my whole body.

Now I have to live like this trying to go through with recovery. Not sure how long I will recover.

Yes and I've also been hung up on
bowman81 · M
Sure. I miss the days when you could slam the receiver down on the cradle.

I hung up on the lady from social security who tried to convince me I was going to be homeless in a few days and insisted on giving me resources when all I was asking if it was possible to get my husband's social security retirement early which I was informed I cannot.
She was on some kind of crusader mission I guess because she wouldn't listen to me and I got frustrated so I just hung up.
It really doesn't have the same kind of satisfying feeling as the old phones receiver did when you slammed it down.

The best was hanging up a rotary phone back in the day.

@AthrillatheHunt You. Don't. Talk. About. My. Phone. In. Front. Of. Girls.

Yes. I SOMETIMES hang up on my annoying friend...and HE hangs up on ME at least TWICE as often. But mostly I hang up on telemarketers, and then I block their number.

Nope.

I save myself the trouble by not answering calls from unfamiliar numbers, especially if they don't leave a message.
lissah · 36-40, F
You mean on the phone? More times than i can count.
WillaKissing · 61-69, M
Yes, and if pushed to the point I would not ever call them back, and now I just block the numbers.
FreddieUK · 70-79, M
Regularly. Scam callers get short shrift on my phone.
