@shans20 Tears in Heaven is a borderline case. Does Eric have a right to sing about his dead child in a pop song? Can it be considered exploitation? I don’t know. That song touches me deeply.

@helenS Yeah, same, though I see what you're saying. As a musician I guess it's how he operates, he writes and makes music to express himself and god knows it would have been torture. I can see how writing it could have helped him deal with some of that. Should he have released it? Maybe, maybe not. Maybe it gave him closure. Whatever the case, the emotion in that song is so real.

Its not the songs that makes me emotional but the live situations happening around and their impact gets stronger when I tend to play those numbers.

And my choice is too old fashioned which you won't appreciate, dear. 🙂
