How can a small content creator grow?

I read the other comments. You don't say what your content is, so that makes it more challenging because we don't know who your target audience is. Maybe you don't either. I do know this though: for people trying to be successful with an online presence, unless you have something very unique, or surprisingly helpful, or simplistically brilliant; it takes time. And you have to use multiple social media platforms to be engaging. Not advertising, engaging. It's time consuming work.

Without knowing the content though, can't help with specific things you can possibly do

Some generic advice would be to emphasize your USP. What makes you stand out from the rest? And then its be consistent. Have a schedule if you can fit into a viewers weekly schedule you're more likely to keep that viewer for example.

I've read that filling in all your videos descriptions and tags helps make them more findable

Share it here, or buy views on youtube until the algorithm starts to recommend you, giving you real views. Your choice.

Get a big-boobed sidekick and show her in all the previews

Once you get the funds, pay for advertising.
Get s website, blog etc. link on social media and share and get friends and family to share. Once you've made a mint, doesn't it on advertising.

I don’t know but I post random stuff whether I have talent or not I just post I have over 1 k followers I don’t know how
