How can a small content creator grow?

I’m a YouTuber and I don’t have many subscribers and views. What’s some ways I can up my views, likes and subscribers ?

Honestly?
Once you get the funds, pay for advertising.
Get s website, blog etc. link on social media and share and get friends and family to share. Once you've made a mint, doesn't it on advertising.
