How can a small content creator grow?

I’m a YouTuber and I don’t have many subscribers and views. What’s some ways I can up my views, likes and subscribers ?

Some generic advice would be to emphasize your USP. What makes you stand out from the rest? And then its be consistent. Have a schedule if you can fit into a viewers weekly schedule you're more likely to keep that viewer for example.
