Some of my favorite 80's cartoons include The Smurfs, The Raccoons, The Smoggies, The Littles, Inspector Gadget, The Real Ghost Busters, Dragon Ball and Robotech.

I have the Dangermouse boxed set.

My favorite was G.I. Joe which isn't even on the list. Shameful

Sorry, I am unfamiliar with most of these and can't say the few I do know were "the best"...

My fourth choice is inspector gadget. Although GI Joe. Would be in my top 3

I've never watched any of those, and the only ones I've even heard of are Inspector Gadget, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the Smurfs. Guess I missed out.
