Do you have a movie you can watch over and over again?

I know it’s difficult to say, to select but I can give two that I love to see, The Leopard, and The Barefoot Contessa, both made with Hollywood money and stars. Yes, I love both Ava Gardner and Rita Hayworth movies. One of my favourite classical Hollywood actors was Burt Lancaster.

Hmm, that's a toughy. Ok. "Let's begin, shall we?"

"Shall WE??"

"Why? What's the significance.... I Don't Know!"

"When you've gone over something again and again and again and again, like I have, the mind plays tricks on you, you play tricks back."

"It's like you're unraveling a big cable knit sweater that someone keeps knitting and knitting and knitting and knitting and knitting and knitting and"....... Anybody?

Ooh yeah, ok, the question itself is wide open to interpretation. So, what are the actual parameters/rules of picking one?

Looks like people are just throwing in movies that are just their favorites.
Are you asking if they can watch the same film multiple times in a row, then be asked if their good to watch it another time? Obviously, you have time in between watchings. But, again, that makes for it to be very open-ended question.

If that's the case, then I will go with the Twilight series. I've always really loved it. Yes I realize some are rougher than others. But I'm good. But, if you are not a fan, then just don't be one. Period.

Don't need to create a "club" to show your disinterest in watching someone else's films or listening to a singer's or band's music.

Give it a rest on the Nickelback shit already, as well!

Ok, here leave you with some Pee-wee dancing on the bar.

Yes, the original Crow film, i watch it every year on halloween night, and also ' the count of Monte Cristo' Dante's revenge was/is beyond legendary.

HowtoDestroyAngels · 46-50, M
@Rudboy41 The Crow is a fantastic movie. One of my favorites of all time. RIP Brandon.

@HowtoDestroyAngels Yeah its crazy how he died, i mean what!? Its like the plot of 'curtains down' of the game 'Hitman blood money'.

That scene in the crow where little sarah reunites with brandon when he visits his old loft apartment after his death - chokes me up every time without fail.

I love to watch old black and white movies - Hollywood Royalty! I enjoy so many, and it's a good thing as I'm at the mercy of whatever is streaming.

Psycho
Pirates of the Caribbean (1st, 3rd and 4th specifically)
House of 1000 Corpses
Silence of the Lambs
Taxidermia

And I want to add Jailhouse Rock to the list even tho I only have it on VHS and no player to watch it on.
HowtoDestroyAngels · 46-50, M
@LordBarbossa Awesome! I did not know that.
LordBarbossa · 36-40, T
@HowtoDestroyAngels He was my favorite actor for a long time, before I discovered Geoffrey Rush

And not to brag, but I have 2 Silence of the Lambs shirts. One was worn so much I had to replace it, but the worn out one is now a pillow case

@LordBarbossa That is awesome! I love it!

I have young kids so we watch everything over and over. I can't remember the last time I watched a movie that wasn't for kids lol
FreddieUK · 70-79, M
@Cigarguy I remember that phase looking after grandkids. If I had had to watch Cars once more (unofficially named Cars with Teeth in the family) I think I would have ended up in the asylum. 😄

@FreddieUK my only savings grace is they are big sports fans and love baseball so we have that on most of the summer
FreddieUK · 70-79, M
@Cigarguy Well trained.
FreddieUK · 70-79, M
I have a few I can watch over and over, but not too close together. Bridge of Spies with Tom Hanks and Mark Rylance is one. The Train starring Burt Lancaster is another.
Rita & Ava--fantastic and gloriously beautiful.
Anniedlr · 26-30, F

@vidjee8720 Great movie.
Rent. It felt like what being a twenty-something in the 1980s was about…

None because I can’t stand repetition. How do you do it?
