Let’s see: I woke up tired and not well rested (but I worked out anyway so yay), reddit blackout reminded me of experience project going down and how I felt then (anxious), then a coworker told me about a work issue (argh), oh and it’s a rainy day (which usually negatively affects my mood), but hey I have a cat on my lap (and that helps).

@JoannaBe Heck. That's me today, tomorrow the next and next and next....I'm backwards with my work so I got to pick myself out of this....weird cycle get up and keep going. Hope it gets better for you 🌹 pets, kids, they all help with messed up moods I found out.
