@KittenSmitten0 not everyone understands depression, or how difficult it is to force oneself to get out of bed and face the day.. i hope you get through it.. are you in therapy? It helped me a lot
@Monday40 @KittenSmitten0 there are different types of depression, different causes, and different levels of it, etc, therefore different strategies for managing it and preventing it
Not dwelling on it or trying to keep occupied can prevent mild depression from getting worse,
but if it's severe enough, then you'll probably need to seek medical help
it becomes a vicious cycle too... like you're too tired to get up and do anything, but you're also not tired enough to sleep, and the boredom from not being able to do much feeds the negative thoughts ....
