Deep depression

I’m at my lowest and I’m coping with this by laying in bed all day and not wanting to do anything else but be in my bed and eat food.

One thing I learned about depression is don’t dwell on it. I know how horrible it can be.🫂

@Secretsmile You don't understand depression at all. It's not something you simply don't dwell on. Jesus it's perspectives like this that keep people from opening up.

@KittenSmitten0 not everyone understands depression, or how difficult it is to force oneself to get out of bed and face the day.. i hope you get through it.. are you in therapy? It helped me a lot

@Secretsmile @KittenSmitten0 there are different types of depression, different causes, and different levels of it, etc, therefore different strategies for managing it and preventing it

Not dwelling on it or trying to keep occupied can prevent mild depression from getting worse,

but if it's severe enough, then you'll probably need to seek medical help

@Christina I know I was through it
Therapy and even supports by relatives or friends help
