I fully relate to you about this - I sometimes have days off when it's sunny outside and because of anxiety I can't go out of the house for anything. I wish I had a romantic partner who understood that.

@Jadededge It's funny because I do railway shiftwork that is irregular and means I basically have no social life but I can do that no drama since it's within my 'safe space' operational sphere so to speak, but normal socialising, like going out for the sake of going out, inc. dating, sex/relationships - that's a very different story.

Yes it is .. especially in sobriety .. I’m thinking about getting back on abilify or some other anti psychotic just so I can be numb all day .. smoking weed doesn’t do me any good either .. it just makes me scared and hungry lol
