The good news is that you're pretty young to figure it out. Second good news is, it strikes you, so you can't ignore it.
Now if you're going to gain control over your life and continue with the good news theme or not...is up to you.... Change is up to you... What your symptoms indicate is that you need to change your life and reduce the stress.
Work on these: first check on your diet (junk food, too much sugar or alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, drugs), your physical movement (exercise), your exposure to the sun and clean air, your sleeping and resting hours.
Then move to your social life (family or friends or coworkers or colleagues) then check with your thoughts (meditate or journal or ..) Do something about all of these, one at a time, slowly, day by day, and have a totally different life in one year from now...

Go to your doctor and get checked out.
I know its difficult to even go to a doctor when you have anxiety and depression, but they can help.
I have suffered for years, I am fairly stable now.
I did have a heart attack 8 years ago, but not due to anxiety.
Just get yourself to the doctor PLEASE.

@originnone Not always, it was painful at times, but went on for hours before I did anything about it. If it's a massive attack, yes it can kill you in no time. After effects of stents and then double bypass surgery go on for years.

@CommandLine Were you in a lot of pain? I always heard they hurt pretty badly.

@originnone No, felt like indigestion. Thats why I let it go on all day before I called the doctor and he called an ambulance.
I think I was lucky. I had two stents, they were going to do a third on a completely blocked artery, but abandoned it after two hours. Told me whilst I was still on the table that I would need a bypass. After a few months they did a double bypass, taking out the stents.
You should watch the surgery, they clamp your chest open. The scar still plays up, itches like hell.
As I said, I wouldn't recommend it. Major HA's can kill you on the spot and I think that would really hurt.
