The good news is that you're pretty young to figure it out. Second good news is, it strikes you, so you can't ignore it.
Now if you're going to gain control over your life and continue with the good news theme or not...is up to you.... Change is up to you... What your symptoms indicate is that you need to change your life and reduce the stress.
Work on these: first check on your diet (junk food, too much sugar or alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, drugs), your physical movement (exercise), your exposure to the sun and clean air, your sleeping and resting hours.
Then move to your social life (family or friends or coworkers or colleagues) then check with your thoughts (meditate or journal or ..) Do something about all of these, one at a time, slowly, day by day, and have a totally different life in one year from now...
