Make a list of things to do every day. My list so far is: sleep at night, drink 1L minimum of water a day and go out every day. Just simple stuff to keep u healthy, I'll add more with time, now I'm sticking just to this. Also make sure to go outside more, staying imdoors, it will make it harder and harder for u to get better. At this point it's not about motivation, it's about doing things that u need to do to be healthy.
@ChipmunkErnie that's great, I bet that made feel accomplished. But just try doing things daily. Tasks daily, and in some time it will improve your health and how u think of things. To be more positive. Laughter is life.
You seem like a guy with a few hobbies. I'm kindof shocked to hear you are depressed. I deal with depression and anxiety so I understand how you feel. Don't sleep during the day. Not being able to sleep at night is agonizing.
@Pitchblue Medical issues here, too -- but more a huge house repair bill that's destroying out security, and I found out about that bill on the same day last week my wife was diagnosed with dementia.
@Pitchblue Thought it needed just re-shingling -- found woodworm, rodent nests, etc and the actual wooden roof needs replacing, so essentially a new roof.

@originnone There have been lots of things I haven't divulged about myself here. When I have, I haven't liked the judgments and criticisms from those who don't understand, or, who are looking to point a finger at someone. So, I've learned to just keep my mouth shut.
