Depression continues...

Just want to lay in bed and cry and huge a teddy bear. Feel so weak and hopeless.

Make a list of things to do every day. My list so far is: sleep at night, drink 1L minimum of water a day and go out every day.
Just simple stuff to keep u healthy, I'll add more with time, now I'm sticking just to this.
Also make sure to go outside more, staying imdoors, it will make it harder and harder for u to get better.
At this point it's not about motivation, it's about doing things that u need to do to be healthy.

@ChipmunkErnie that's great, I bet that made feel accomplished.
But just try doing things daily. Tasks daily, and in some time it will improve your health and how u think of things. To be more positive. Laughter is life.

@Dan193 It helps a little, but I feel so tired and washed out and it's hard to keep my mind from sliding into the depths of fear for the future.
