I need help because I am experiencing a panic attack. Or atleast an anxiety attack. But this will be a long chat so if you are busy or can not afford a bit of trauma dumping please refrain ( I am completely okay with that) . but I need help. And tomorrow I am booking up for a therapist because else I will die .
