Work and come home everyday. Feels like I am missing something in life. I self medicate and try to distract my mind. Tv and video games don’t seem to help. Wish therapy wasn’t so damn expensive

What are you trying to distract yourself from in your mind? Confronting it might be what gets you out of your funk. You seem to know what you don’t like, not living your life how you want. And you know what doesn’t work, tv and video games. What does work? Do that
