You should listen to Glycerine by bush on the bush radio

I’m sure it’s a bit like buying a record player or juke box. People buy them for the nostalgia. I had a green one up until 2005 or 2006. I saw one similar on Amazon. Yours is cool. I still listen to the radio in my car and sometimes on my Alexa.
Gibbon · 70-79, M
Yup I listen whenever I'm in the car. I don't listen to CDs anymore in the car. In fact I don't listen to much music at all. I listen to talk radio now and sometimes catch a show whose station is live online.

@Gibbon

Do you listen to Joe Rogan's podcast?
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@PatKirby I don't usually listen to podcasts. And I'm more of a Mark Levin guy. I guess I get off on listening to him raise peoples blood pressure while he's shredding the Dems.

Its beautiful i love it! I actually bought my oldest daughter one for Christmas she loves Korean Pop and she wanted cds so i got her autographed posters of her favorite band, their cds, a night lite with their logo and a bracelet and necklace set with their logo. And their photo album. Lol shes so in love with these guys

Hikikomoribabe99 · 22-25, F
@AngelUnforgiven aw thank you, i love kpop too, i was actually thinking of mixing my own cds or paying someone to.
skmokisses · 46-50, F
Wow, I haven't really ever thought about it but no I don't own a radio. I don't even listen in my car b/c they play the same thing over and over. I have numerous subscriptions though. Sirius XM, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Pandora. Actually, I think I might have a problem. 🤔
Cigarguy101 · 41-45, M
I got a little solar powered crank radio for my boys. They think it's so cool to sit out by the fire and listen to music or a baseball game on it.
nazgul · 26-30, F
I don't listen to the radio only because local radio tends to play the same five songs over and over. I should start listening to other stations around the world or something, could be fun.
When I'm where I can get my favorite radio station yes. And sometimes on the iHeartRadio app
JohnnyNoir · 56-60, M
I listen to radio over the internet these days. So many stations out there. I also have sirius/xm
I’ve got an old am/fm/sw/weather band radio that I use for emergencies

I have a portable radio-cd player…actually two but the first one’s cd player stopped working. I use it for the radio.
in10RjFox · M
It's a 2-in-1 since it has CD player as well..

Popular with senior citizens.
Tminus6453 · M
I still listen to radio...I bought this one about 3 years ago
tobynshorty · 51-55, F
I like radio but don’t have one
Punches · 46-50, F
yeah sometimes it is just easier to switch on the radio to listen rather than fight with some "device" that is going to have intrusive ads and begging for "likes"
KingofBones1 · 46-50, M
I feel like portable unit but I do Bluetooth
4meAndyou · F
Most people put in their ear plugs and listen to music on their phones these days. But I DID buy a radio a few years ago that was supposed to pick up AM signals during weather emergencies. It didn't work worth a sh!t, so I got rid of it.
Hikikomoribabe99 · 22-25, F
@4meAndyou Aw bless and yes i do worry about emergencies, guess everythings on the phone nowdays so theres that🤷‍♀
Selah ·
my phone has a radio but i never use it
MethDozer · M
I have a few higher end radios I use frequently. Higher end in terms of tuning and reception abilities. Getting good tuners in a radio is kinda hard these days especially for the AM and SW bands. I live in the sticks though so it can be hard to pull in a good signal

Any radio that works for your area though is bees-knees to me.
Bri89 · 31-35, M
I have a radio, but there isn't anything on anymore. It's all corporate.
i kinda want/expect a radio to be inbuilt into things i buy in 2025....
Lilnonames · F
I do in my honda
Hikikomoribabe99 · 22-25, F
@kodiac wow thats actually so cool, bet it weighs a ton, so crazy how radios have evolved. Do you know what year this was made?
kodiac · 22-25, M
@Hikikomoribabe99 I don't knowhow old it does still work though. It has a record player under the top
