First off, recognition of the problem is a huge start.
Most don't even recognize they have a problem. My father never did. 😞
Now comes a harder task though.
The solution for some often is different, unfortunately.
It really depends on how you want to approach it, and what you think might work.
If don't believe it will work, then it likely won't work. You must think it has at least some possibly of working. Or you just won't do it.
This is not really answer. Just a prelude to an answer. Mostly because it's up to you to do what is necessary.
So you know though, you got to truly want to change. It just won't work if you don't believe in any technique.
