@caccoon look deep and figure out why that makes you feel guilty. Did anyone ever give you the impression that you weren’t worthy or good enough? Perhaps in your childhood

Recognize that someone else’s words do not and will never define who you are. It actually defines who they are. You define who you are by living your best life and getting the most out of your life

And yeah, I know it's okay and I'm doing fine, logically. But I am getting so tired of this running on loop in my head and the constant guilt for living I feel, because of it
