I finally was able to a new sleeping specialist. I go tomorrow and I hope to g#d they can help me sleep. This is the 3rd night row where I can't sleep.

Ask him about the app you can load onto your phone with the so-called "green noise" which is supposed to calm racing thoughts and allow you to sleep within 6 minutes. I've been wondering about that...if it works.
