Two mornings ago I woke up having only gotten 6 hours sleep.
Yesterday I woke up after only 5 hours sleep.
Thank gods this morning I didn’t wake up until after a solid 4 hours 🙄🥱😫

@Coralmist I can get by with as little as 6 once or twice a week, but less than 7 or 8 regularly leaves me feeling brain dead
