Has anyone else just had the worst time trying to fall asleep?

I don't know if it is the weather or what, but I can't fall asleep for longer than an hour or so.

I was waking up every hour last night because it was too hot in the room. 😒 And had an absolutely stupid dream in between.

@CrazyMusicLover It feels like the same thing here. When I do sleep, I have these dreams. I have more dreams than anything, really.

It is 10°F outside and no heat in my apartment. I got in a couple naps but I've been awake most of the night.

@Musicman I have lived here 15 years and this was the nicest home I've ever had in my entire life. But I will be out of here when the lease expires in September and probably homeless for a while. Denver is not a nice place anymore.

Do you sleep next to your phone? 📱

Have you street lights near your bedroom window, they can give off radiation and keep you awake.

@Fairydust I sleep next to my phone, but I've been doing that since I've got it, and it has never been an issue. And there is a light outside the bedroom as well, but again the issue has only recently started despite these two things.

They change the light bulbs, look into it, the 5G masts and your phone can affect your health.

Yes!!! I didn't get to sleep till around 1am. Then I woke up at 5am. I can't get back to sleep and I have a meeting at 9am. ☹️☹️☹️

@Musicman It's weird. The same thing is happening here where I don't really feel too sleepy even though I am awake for way longer than I should be not for a lack of trying to sleep. I wonder what's happening?

@Bri89 No clue. I was sleeping good last night till a construction company showed up and started replacing a neighbor's roof. 😭😭 No more sleep after that. Sadly they will be back tomorrow. 😢
