		@tryingtobeOK wow never heard that one before.. never had a headache either on it.. but I'm not prone to getting them anyway. Try another brand.. maybe one that is a mix of melatonin with herbs like lemon balm, passion flower, chamomile, etc. Those will truly knock you out naturally.

		It will, but it may take some time. I lost my husband and my brother within 6-weeks of each other. It was a horrible year, and I wasn’t dealing with a pandemic at that time, but my sleep is the first casualty of any stress I go through, and it makes everything that much harder to cope with.
