I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

Lately, I have been struggling to sleep. It takes me ages to feel sleepy. Usually I sleep at 2 in the morning. 😩😨 I always wake up feeling tired.

Me too, since this virus outbreak. I’m not sleeping well, or getting enough sleep. I think it’s messed a lot of people up being on lockdown.

It will, but it may take some time. I lost my husband and my brother within 6-weeks of each other. It was a horrible year, and I wasn’t dealing with a pandemic at that time, but my sleep is the first casualty of any stress I go through, and it makes everything that much harder to cope with. You are bereaved, and coping with a pandemic. Just rest and sleep when you can. Time will heal. 💕@tryingtobeOK
