I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

Lately, I have been struggling to sleep. It takes me ages to feel sleepy. Usually I sleep at 2 in the morning. 😩😨 I always wake up feeling tired.

Physical exercising, think right, concentrate(tasks for mental exercises/tiredness), and Meditation..

@tryingtobeOK yeah that will do it. Try melatonin though.. it's natural and doesn't lead you feeling drowsy on the morning.

@Coppercoil I wonder what is the best brand. I got melatonin last week tried it the other night. I woke up with a very bad headache. 😞

@tryingtobeOK wow never heard that one before.. never had a headache either on it.. but I'm not prone to getting them anyway. Try another brand.. maybe one that is a mix of melatonin with herbs like lemon balm, passion flower, chamomile, etc. Those will truly knock you out naturally.

Me too, since this virus outbreak. I’m not sleeping well, or getting enough sleep. I think it’s messed a lot of people up being on lockdown.

It will, but it may take some time. I lost my husband and my brother within 6-weeks of each other. It was a horrible year, and I wasn’t dealing with a pandemic at that time, but my sleep is the first casualty of any stress I go through, and it makes everything that much harder to cope with. You are bereaved, and coping with a pandemic. Just rest and sleep when you can. Time will heal. 💕@tryingtobeOK
