I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

Lately, I have been struggling to sleep. It takes me ages to feel sleepy. Usually I sleep at 2 in the morning. 馃槱馃槰 I always wake up feeling tired.

@tryingtobeOK tried melatonin yet? Is your sleep issue related to any medications? Start any around that time?

It鈥檚 the anxiety that has been brought by the lockdown due to Covid19. Plus someone so important to me, died 4 weeks ago because of this virus. 馃様@Coppercoil

@tryingtobeOK yeah that will do it. Try melatonin though.. it's natural and doesn't lead you feeling drowsy on the morning.

@Coppercoil I wonder what is the best brand. I got melatonin last week tried it the other night. I woke up with a very bad headache. 馃槥

@tryingtobeOK wow never heard that one before.. never had a headache either on it.. but I'm not prone to getting them anyway. Try another brand.. maybe one that is a mix of melatonin with herbs like lemon balm, passion flower, chamomile, etc. Those will truly knock you out naturally.
