I learned a new thing today

I dont know if you agree or believe on this but I think instead of ignoring or hating anxiety and stress feelings we should embrace them.. No feeling wanna harm us its just that our body loves us and when something is wrong in our system , the feelings let us know...

That's the smartest thing I've heard today! True!! I believe it's God telling us we need to make a change in our life, so that we can be happy again.
true.. but sometimes the system is broken and needs a bit f help.

I did try the reimagining anxiety into excitement thing, but I can only get so far with that.
I try to use my stress to do healthy things rather than hurtful. I use it to clean my house, get my shit in order.... I use it to power through those difficult relationships and try to redirect their paths. I make it work for me instead of caving into it and it has improved my life and my relationships with those around me for the most part.
but ignoring it, never a good idea. Hiding from it? who are we. kidding, you cant hide from it.

Kinda and kinda not. When I’m feeling anxious I remind myself it’s coming from I’m performing a task that has consequences. It’s a trigger to be sure of what you are doing but it must not hold you back.

And afterwards once you achieve the thing, it feels even better because it made you second guess it.

You're not supposed to have strong physical reaction though. Worrying is okay, it tells you to prepare for a task and potential complications coming with it. But if doing something new leaves you shaking with chills and crying all night long, you have a problem you need to address.

@CrazyMusicLover I know honey, but sometimes people are hurting so bad they can't control how their body wants to react. They don't know how. We can't blame them for that. Maybe it's a good thing to cry and get it all out. It's easier said than done. I believe our tears were made for healing. It's not good to hold things in or we get sicker.

@LadyGrace I know, I was there and know it can get better. Sometimes when there's already something wrong in the body we react that way. Anemia, autoimmune disease, missing vitamins or minerals...It's good to know about that and have it checked.

@CrazyMusicLover Exactly. Sometimes vitamin deficiency can cause a chemical imbalance.
Yes, you understand.
