I learned a new thing today

I dont know if you agree or believe on this but I think instead of ignoring or hating anxiety and stress feelings we should embrace them.. No feeling wanna harm us its just that our body loves us and when something is wrong in our system , the feelings let us know...

You're not supposed to have strong physical reaction though. Worrying is okay, it tells you to prepare for a task and potential complications coming with it. But if doing something new leaves you shaking with chills and crying all night long, you have a problem you need to address.
@CrazyMusicLover I don't think we can tell people how they should feel. We're not in their shoes.

@LadyGrace Do you think what I described is healthy? It significantly decreases magnesium levels in the body and who knows what else it does.
@CrazyMusicLover I know honey, but sometimes people are hurting so bad they can't control how their body wants to react. They don't know how. We can't blame them for that. Maybe it's a good thing to cry and get it all out. It's easier said than done. I believe our tears were made for healing. It's not good to hold things in or we get sicker.

@LadyGrace I know, I was there and know it can get better. Sometimes when there's already something wrong in the body we react that way. Anemia, autoimmune disease, missing vitamins or minerals...It's good to know about that and have it checked.
@CrazyMusicLover Exactly. Sometimes vitamin deficiency can cause a chemical imbalance.
