I do miss the simplicity of romance. I’m still kind of built that way, which doesn’t really mesh well in these very different times.

I went back after almost 4 decades.

Same amount of time we went together back then.

I kept bothering him until he stabbed my thigh with a pencil, and I still have the mark. To make it worse, I got written up that day and he stabbed me lol. He went on to become a basketball player but I haven’t seen him in years and honestly I have no idea why I found him attractive back in middle school.

My own age, I'd say this girl in 5th grade who became my first gf. I broke up with her because people teased me about it & I got embarrassed so yeah.. that sucked. I apologized to her later in high school even though she never hated me or anything or even talked about it. I just felt bad still. We would meet up to smoke in the middle of the night sometimes by that age. She was pretty cool honestly

It's never simple and uncomplicated when Y chromosomes are involved. He was so mean! He yelled Bisto (meaty goodness) at me and called me names. I still snogged him in the dark room though.
