I figured out that around 3pm everyday I am dehydrated, so I drink water...and/or have an apple...seems to help...

I’ve tried everything. I work out daily, take vitamins, eat healthy, drink Yerba Mate tea for caffeine but after all day and then making dinner for my son and i, I usually am passing out without control by 7 😔

The brain cycles through 90 minute intervals of high production punctuated by reduced production times of 15 30 minutes through a day that get longer depending on the tasks you undertake.
Circadian brain waves they call it. Do your creative and problem solving work during the high level intervals and do the mundane and physical work during the lower rate intervals wherever you might be able to.
The brain takes little rests like that and the brain benefits from standing up and walking or moving items.
