@SW-User it was. I started to relieve stress, which worked until it just became relieving the addiction. But by that time, it already had its claws in me.

I feel like a hypocrite typing this with a cigarette in my mouth but.....don't start!!!

I did for about 9 years, quit for 2 years, and I've been smoking or vaping for 2 years (stressful challenging times). I'm wanting to stop atm, boredom is my biggest trigger, I smoke about 8-10 a day 🤷

I stop all that and just enjoy a cigar once an a while
