@deadteddy I was almost there but my mom started needing care. I still have my recipes and a business plan. Maybe do it food truck style one day. And I agree. I love little vegan smoothie shops and organic lunch places.

I wanted to have a large detached garage that would house my classic car collection. The dream isn't completely gone. I could still have a classic car. Just not a collection with a large garage for storage.
