Just because you keep picturing your loved ones dying doesn’t mean you’re killing them, right???

I don’t know why but I keep thinking about death today and it’s making me very uncomfortable. I’m having trouble stopping. Any advice on how to handle this!?
What you're saying is you're not in control, but you really are. You just have to exercise it. I don't believe in this notion that we can't help ourselves. We know right from wrong and that's our power. We can choose not to do something we don't like. We just tell ourselves we are weak but we're not. You can take it or leave it. It just depends on how bad you want something.
I agree with TheManHimself. Maybe, just maybe, they have gotten the vibe from you that you don't want to be bothered with anyone, since you sort of stay to yourself. I bet if you start taking the first step to show them how much you love them, they will love all that attention and they will give it right back to you. You are a lovely person. I don't know who wouldn't love you. ❤🤗

Of course it doesn't... mena you are killing them, that is. Sounds as if you are going through some emotional/mental hard times and you need some chill time. Maybe doing something purposeful will get your mind off it.

Just visit them and spend a lot of time with them. Give them all the hugs and kisses you want. It's probably just you feeling like you Haven't been as present in their lives as you think you should be
That is an intrusive thought resulting in magical thinking. It's a little taste of OCD basically. I have it happen all the time. But no matter how much it seems like you have power to hurt someone, you really dont.

From someone who has lost everyone I loved, thinking about death shouldn’t be so scary. We’re all going to eventually. Seeing my loved ones die pushed me to live.

Find a way to laugh about it. Those type of thoughts can't tolerate laughter!
