Take a boxing class to relive some of that anger.

Great question 🤔 why do you?
Why do the small things big you so much?
Or do you just let them build until they over whelm you?

@Notsimilarreally I mean, you pay attention to the state of the world. That's enough to make anyone rage.
Otherwise, it might be a hormonal issue. I have a tumor on my pituitary gland that contributed to me losing my mind increasingly often before it was discovered. Something similar could be happening to you.

@Notsimilarreally dunningkruger is right. It could be hormonal. Have you always been this way since you were a kid or did it develop later? One of my daughters noticed that as soon as she went on birth control pills she felt so much anger and got mad so easily. Her doctor suggested going off to see if that was the problem and sure enough it was

@Jenny1234 I'll never take hormonal bc again. I didn't like them. Glad she figured that out
@DunningKruger recently had a CT scan of head done actually. No tumor

You may not feel like you're heard.
Notsimilarreally · 31-35, F
@luckranger71 this is true

It's become a habit, and on a subconscious level you feel rewarded by your anger. It could be a control/empowerment issue. Often people seek to change without, because it's a perceivably easier distraction than inner-work. Often the ego seeks to dominate, especially if it's constantly on the defensive.

Are you actually sad?
Notsimilarreally · 31-35, F
@SW-User yes I definitely have a lot of that which is likely contributing

@Notsimilarreally 😞basically because you let them i assume you have little patience and a short fuse . you do yourself no favours sending your blood pressure racing with getting angry sometimes if you feel like this just take a step away from the situation
