Never. If you can lose it, it's a privilege not a right.

I do not agree with the death penalty at all. I value all human life. However, if a person kills another in a murder (not war or self defense or accident) then i do believe society should take away their rights and separate them from society--prison of some sort. However, i do believe basic human rights still should apply--no torture or inhumane treatment.

I'm gonna be honest. When I hear stories about people who just keep having baby after baby in poverty conditions, and neglect those children, it makes me fully aware that human forced sterilization might be a good idea.

When they abuse children. Rape. Genocides. Mass murders. Torturers.

Really depends on the human rights in question. Even something as mild as stealing clothes from a store can be enough to have your freedom of movement revoked, in jail. But then, even something as severe as rape and murder doesn't warrant depriving someone of their right to life. I'm not even 100% sure that right to life should be revoked for a dictator or cartel lord, provided they can be contained.
Fundamentally, I think we should seek to maximize freedom for everyone, and the challenge of society is deciding how to maximize total human freedom. For example, it is acceptable to restrain people from running red lights because the alternative is jeopardizing right to life.

We make ourselves the arbiters of so many things... There's such an in-depth way I want to answer this but I feel I would be here all day bc I'm verbose as hell. But to TRY to keep it short I'll say that we never lose the right to them...but perhaps simply the accessibility and use of those rights depending on what has occurred?

The societies we are born into determine what the general public believes is right or wrong.
Examples:
eating cows vs. Dogs.
Accepting or opposing arranged marriages.
Beliefs about religion.
Aztecs would find a ritual sacrifice every night to ensure the sun would rise in the morning. Thats wrong to us now.
Your perception of the world is determined by your influences. Especially what ever your born into.
Its why you eat with a fork and sit in a chair.

Killing, torturing, abusing for their own entertainment and pleasure. Eye for an eye.

I only believe in the right to secure your survival without taking from others unless initially aggressed upon. It's one simple rule and by breaking it, you forfeit it.

Never Conception till natural death. Unless they have taken someone elses human rights then they should loose punished and possibly loss of their own.
