No, what even is myself? I feel like my core system was hijacked by something beyond my consciousness. I think there's not even one single me. At the very least, there's my body and my soul and they are split.
@CrazyMusicLover I don't mean to sound facetious in saying this, but the "something" that hijacked your core system is your ego. We all have an ego, the human experience wouldn't exist on earth without it. But we have two voices in our head that we hear all the time, the voice of ego and the voice of spirit.
Ego always speaks first... and speaks the loudest at all times. When we focus our attention on ego instead of spirit, we tend to follow the direction of ego INSTEAD of the direction offered by spirit. The thing is, ego in realty doesn't exist. Only spirit exists. Therefore, why do we focus our attention on some voice in our mind that doesn't actually come from a basis of knowledge, unlike spirit which contains all knowledge in the universe?

I don't hate myself. i am pretty good at forgiving myself.. I wish i was a far superior person then as i am now, I'm looking forward to being perfected when i dump this body with it's fallen nature in the next life.. 😁
