How do you actually make friends as an adult?

Get involved in local clubs or groups that interest you meet people who are interested in the same things service groups always needs volunteers

Majority of my friends I met through work, some are friends of friends. I try not to turn any opportunity to socialize down too.

Find something in common with them or just try to start up a conversation with them. I find that very easy on here

I focus on being myself, try a bit to do social stuff, and hope if meet the right people.....that system hasn't worked well
