Of course. There may be lots of different issues to confront.
The path you take through life has ups and downs. I don't think you're at rock bottom, just the valley before your next upswing. You're gonna make it out of there sweetum. <3
In my experience? Twice and possibly more. Because once you hit rock bottom that first time, you never return with quite the same amount of strength you had initially to fight your way out of it.
As for cliches such as “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger,” go through a few epic battles with life and see if that’s still the case. If so, I applaud you. That just hasn’t been true for me.

This is TOO weird. I was just popping on SW to post a quote about rock bottom I just saw, and the first post i see is This!! The quote really hit me today so I'll put it here too. It's by a content creator named Memaw Talks. She's so kind and gives advice about life from her kitchen.
"Rock bottom isn't the end, it's the FOUNDATION"♥

Definitely. Think I've been there 4-5x. You'll get out, stronger each time.

Difficult, but possible for the time. I hope you are okay!

It's entirely possible. Life throws us some terrible ordeals sometimes.

Sure is.
Once someone has hit rock bottom, then succeeded in dragging themselves up out of the quagmire, overconfidence can set in.
Saying to oneself, "I have his beaten" Only to fall back into the mire from wench they came.
Takes real intestinal fortitude to keep ones' head above water.
