How do you deal with being alone?

I got a dog. Found another one. That kept me company for a while. I also got into movies. I got into working out. Started reading again. I steadily filled my life with healthy habits and hobbies and got myself to a point where I wasn't afraid of being alone anymore.

That really gave me the courage to start dating. I realized that even if things didn't work out, I would be fine. I had enough things to feel good about.

I'm afraid I can't help here. I enjoy my alone time. 🤷‍♀

I have always felt alone and am alone , it's nothing to be afraid of.

You just get used to it.

I smoke a lot of cigarettes, watch a lot of films or series, and listen to a lot of music, especially full concerts. I walk and go outside a lot too.

You just do it. It's hard, you really have to face yourself and commit to being healthy.
