Would you be willing to sacrifice 5 years of your potential life span if you were guaranteed to be healthy for the rest of your life ?

no cancer, no aids, no other diseases not even a cold...
i could prolly give the last 5 years in a nursing home grabbing ass and shitting myself a miss.. 🤔

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout You’ll be surrounded by old women, you sure you want that. Men are a minority.
pentacorn · F
are you kidding me? i've been looking for a deal like this my whole life. yes!

doctors just want to prolong your life, though. they don't truly care about the quality, unless it interferes with their bottom line.
pentacorn · F
@BlueVeins i'm already aware of that foundation :) and you're correct, it's not just finances, it's also power and prestige... and what it takes to keep it all
BlueVeins · 22-25
@pentacorn you're so cultured
pentacorn · F
@BlueVeins i just read a lot - nearly every waking moment - and have a decent intelligence quotient. but i can say some super-stupid shit sometimes. just ask @SW-User
BlueVeins · 22-25
totally, and I'd enlist to become the world's most effective soldier. 👌
TexChik · F
So if you were always healthy , the life span would increase?
AllelujahHaptism · 36-40, M
id transfer it for my dog if i could
SW-User
[c=4C0073]hell yes! for sure ..
but that begs the question, what would i die of? Hopefully old age, not smashed into a pizza by a truck[/c]
elafina · 36-40, F
I'm worried what would that do to my ethics, eating, lifestyle, etc. I am so accustomed to the cause and effect world. It'd be life changing, i could begin smoking again, drugs, extreme sports and have nothing happen to me then, no chronic injury or whatsoever. I could fall in love 100 more times without worrying about my heart. Drink without thinking of my liver. Eat without being concerned with my gut. That'd be strange strange. Yes, i'd do it 😍
Absolutely. Quality over quantity.
Highskirt · 56-60, M
Yes i would
Amylynne · 26-30, F
that deal is not as good,, if you are already near your "use By" date.
5 years IS half my remaining span
gimmie that deal at 45? i would take is for sure
@Amylynne Does that mean your age range is incorrect?
itsok · 31-35, F
Without a second thought, yes. I am not trying to live my longest life. Countless hours, days, months, of illness obsession would be gone.

If I’m
Healthy for the rest of my life why would I need to cut 5 years?
PinkPunk · F
@SW-User fair approach... maybe a bit optimistic. noone is safe from cancer
SW-User
@PinkPunk In that case yes I would
MoonlightLullaby · 41-45, F
In a heartbeat. My health is a nightmare and my body is a battlefield. Quality over quantity any day.
eyeno · M
Nope.., I'm blessed and already have those things you've mentioned.
Life is Good!
chrisCA · M
I assume that includes healthy erections until to the day I die? 😅
Dainbramadge · 56-60, M
Nah. Be my luck my life span would only be 3 years.

smiler2012 · 56-60
{@pinkpunk] 😆 i think most would bite your hand off for this . would be a nice hypothosis but alas it will never be sadly
BigBulge · 41-45, M
Sure ! Many members of my family, on both sides, tend to live into their 90s, so giving up 5 years wouldn't be difficult.
JackJames · M
*says yes and does instantly because in my potential life span 5 years in the future I die if a car accident*
unreal prospect
pentacorn · F
@PinkPunk reality sucks. thanks for making such a great post
@PinkPunk unthinkable and silly
pentacorn · F
@Elevatorpitches ain't it wonderful?
Confined · 56-60, M
Wasnt that what was promised with the covid shots?
@Confined did you take the shots?

If anything they will reduce one's life
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
Is this a real proposition?
SW-User
Very interesting 🧐
we will all die at some point. why should i stress about any health issues while being alive. @PinkPunk
ViciDraco · 36-40, M
@PinkPunk having had cancer and lost a leg to it, I have to say that I know very well that quality of life is worth 5 years off the expected life expectancy.
i am sorry to hear that. ❤️ @ViciDraco
