Yes. In the eight years that I have been going out dressed I have only had two very minor negative experiences. This is in Norway, UK and the countries I drive through when travelling between the two. In fact I have had numerous compliments from random people of all ages and genders just passing in the street.

Yes for the most part. It is a very diverse area I live. Of course their are problems but I think it's mostly tolerant.
