I had a spider who moved into the space above my window around Halloween year before last, and I let him live there until new windows were being installed in my house, and I played that “in the arrrrrmssss of the angellllllls” song by Sarah mcLachlan and took a video of my nephew getting him in a cup, and then I sent that video to everyone I wasn’t too embarrassed to harass with my shenanigans.
But if it’s bothering you to the point of not sleeping and there’s no one to help, maybe killing it is the way to go 😕 Did you try spraying the water, what happened?

Maybe sleep on the couch?

If it is a daddy long leg, just reach down and grab 1 leg and take it outside.
They are harmless.
I truly hate spiders as well, but this one you can save.

It’s just a daddy long legs . They can’t hurt you , and you are a giant ( comparatively) . So… shop vac!

Real "daddy long legs" are spider killers,don't build webs and are the most poisonous spiders. But harm less because their mouth, fangs aren't big enough to use to but us

Nah they are harmless fellows. They actually eat poisonious spiders. Just do this:

I kill them

I'd just leave it alon. Harvestmen, as daddy long legs are actually called, are relatively harmlessnto humans and pets, he'll just help control your bugs.
